Ironcrest Command

★★★★☆ 4.3 Editor rating

Ironcrest Command drops you on a contested map where every building, road and defense tower has a purpose. It's a slower strategy game, the kind where you plan a layout, defend it, and watch your decisions pay off over several sessions.

What won us over is the scouting system. Before any push you can study enemy positions, adjust your army, and pick your moment. Rushing in blindly gets you flattened, and we appreciated that the game actually punishes carelessness.

The interface takes an hour to click, but once it does, managing resources and troop queues becomes oddly satisfying. Ideal for players who like to think a few turns ahead.
